when fire fox open another window, that window do not direct me to any website...

hello, everytime the firefox directs me to another window, that window appear but in white screen, do not load the website that i want... for exemple when i try so send one video from youtube to my facebook i cant becouse when i click on facebook button, the firefox open a window, but, do not directs me to any website... just apear a clean window...
