when i copy any text and press control f, before i click control v, the text is already pasted in the find field. if i switch to another tab, and click control f, it does not paste automatically. i am also having trouble with another issue, which is when i copy certain texts and paste them into the find field, something is adding a space to the beginning and end of the text. of course, these spaces are not present in the original copied text. both of these problems starting happening about the same time, so i think they are related. i have already create a separate question for the second part of this issue.

If there is text currently selected on a web page then that text will be copied to the search field if you press Ctrl+F or open the Find bar otherwise.
It shouldn't happen if the is no text selected, but there is data on the clipboard.
