Navigation bar resets on each load of Firefox despite correct localstore.rdf and then remembers correct customization after toggling menu bar.

I have customized some of the icons to move some icons from the navigation toolbar to the menu toolbar. However upon load all icons normally on the navigation toolbar return to it from the menu toolbar. Upon toggling showing the menu toolbar on and off they return. It seems like my menu toolbar is being reset upon load and no other toolbar.

I have tried: resetting firefox deleting localstore.rdf

When I looked in localstore.rdf it seems to have all the correct places for the different icons so that is probably why they return to the menu toolbar when it is toggled, but they do not load correctly off of the start.

That toolbar customization should be saved in the localstore.rdf file.

If that isn't happening and the file gets corrupted then check your security software to make sure that is isn't protecting the file against changes.
