I need to know if my passwords and usernames are safe if the try to access my system. 1. If they try to slave the Hard Drive are they safe? 2. If they change the administrator password and gain access to the system, are they safe?

If you did then your passwords may be safe, but it is always better to change them any way as there may also be cookies present to remember you.
