I am been using Internet Explorer and when I want to send a eFax or email I go to File then to send page to email and then I am in outlook and I select my contact and send the email. With firefox I see file but, I do not see the arrow to send to email. So what am I missing

Hi oddselvis,
you can go to File -> Email Link... to send the email. Regarding your mail program you can change what is used.

Simply put, open the Applications options/preferences window (" Tools -> Options -> Applications"), select the mailto entry and use the drop-down menu to change the action.
