Adobe reader not showing print popup when trying to print checks in Quickbooks online
Since installing Firefox 19.0 the adobe reader pdf is no longer showing the print popup when I want to print checks using Quickbooks online. This worked fine until I updated to Firefox 19.0. i have changed the portable document format(PDF) to Adobe reader in Firefox options, applications. I do not have this problem with internet Explorer, but, I prefer Firefox. Using Windows Vista at home and Windows Xp at work. Have the same problem with both. It worked just fine until I updated to Firefox 19.0.

What happens now when you click the link or button to print checks? Does Firefox's PDF viewer come up or nothing happens at all?
If you need to completely disable the viewer, there is a hidden preference you can change.
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(2) In the filter box, type or paste pdfjs and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click pdfjs.disabled to toggle its value to true.
If you test in your original tab, does that make any difference?
The viewer does come up, but, the print popup does not. I can still print by clicking the print icon, but, the vertical and the horizontal alignment is way off. I will try to re-align at work tomorrow and see what happens. I believe that the problem has something to do with the Firefox PDF! Remember there was no problem until i updated to 19.0.
Today at work I changed the portable document format(pfd) to Adobe reader and while the print popup does not come up, I clicked the printer icon at the top and was able to print my checks without having to re-adjust the Horizontal and Vertical settings.
Thanks for your suggestions and help.
