I have gotten a blue screen crash several times, while using Firefox, since the last update (to 20.0).

I have several unsent crash reports. If you need them, please let me know how you'd like me to send them to you.

I am likewise also having BSOD with FF (v22). Been having BSOD over the last few months but only just realized they are when ever I am interacting with FF

Hi readiescards, in you haven't already, please disable Firefox's use of hardware graphics acceleration.

You usually need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).

(WIN) orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
(MAC) Firefox menu > Preferences > Advanced

On the "General" mini-tab, uncheck the box for "Use hardware acceleration when available"

If you continue to get blue screen errors, please capture them with a digital/phone camera for further review.

I was beginning to feel confident the 'Use hardware acceleration when available' had fixed it. However today I noticed my mouse getting jittery (I noticed it while in FF but it was also jittery throughout the desktop) so I immediately exited FF. The mouse continued to be jittery and then about a minute later BSOD.

I therefore conclude it is NOT FF but my PC

Thanks for the support and help and sorry for incorrectly pointing my finger at FF

I have not experienced a blue screen since I disabled hardware acceleration in Firefox. This would be my recommended fix for anyone experiencing similar issues.

Thank you for the recommendation, jscher2000.

Thanks for the hint. When I disabled the Hardware Acceleration, it solved the problem?
