Why doesn't the Norton toolbar work with the new, 20.3.0.36, version, specifically Identity Safe?

I am currently running Firefox 20.0.1 and Norton 20.3.0.36 and the Norton tool bar is no longer compatible. Is there a fix for this? I have this problem every time FF has a new version.

hello greywolf54, according to norton the toolbar is compatible with firefox 20: https://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Toolbar-Norton-Identity/Firefox-20-amp-Google-Chrome-26-Support-for-Norton-Toolbar/td-p/937023

you might have to run norton's liveupdate a few times in order to obtain the latest version - if you cannot solve it this way, please contact norton's support to get their product to work...
