I do not have a go back button. Where can I find it?
My previous and tabs or shall I say back and forth tabs use to be on my web page. However, they have seemed to disappear. Can you assist me with this problem?

Hello,
The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information.
Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.
To Reset Firefox do the following:
- Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
- Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
- Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
- Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.
Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.

Thank you.
Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible.
- Firefox menu button > Options
- View > Toolbars (press F10 to display the menu bar)
- Right-click empty toolbar area
Use Toolbar Layout (Customize) to open the Customize window and set which toolbar items to display.
- check that "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is on the Bookmarks Toolbar
- if "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is not on the Bookmarks Toolbar then drag it back from the toolbar palette into the Customize window to the Bookmarks Toolbar
- if missing items are in the toolbar palette then drag them back from the Customize window on the toolbar
- if you do not see an item on a toolbar and in the toolbar palette then click the "Restore Default Set" button to restore the default toolbar setup

You can check for problems caused by a corrupted localstore.rdf file if the above didn't help.
Some possibilities:
(1) Full Screen Mode
Try the F11 function key to switch between full screen (toolbars and tabs hidden) and regular mode (toolbars and tabs visible).
(2) Navigation Toolbar hidden
You can use either of the following to show/hide toolbars:
- right-click a blank area of the tab bar (or the new tab "+" button)
- tap the Alt key to activate the classic menu bar > View menu > Toolbars
Can you get it back?
If your Navigation Toolbar is displayed but doesn't include the Back/Forward buttons any more, you can reset the toolbar layout to the original using the Customize feature. This article shows how to customize toolbars in Firefox: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.
