How can I ad dthis functionality to firefox? Google chrome has this by default. Steps to follow. 1)go to a website that fits beyong your screen width. or ZOOM in current page, 2) once you see a horizontal scroll, (i want to use) press SHIFT key and scroll via mousewheel to scroll on page horizintally.

Firefox doesn't have this feature.

You can search the Add-ons pages to see if there is an extension that includes such a feature.

Alternatively you can consider to use auto-scroll and middle-click on the web page.

  • Edit > Preferences > Advanced > General: "Use autoscrolling"
