This is now the 3rd profile I've created to get help. 1st profile required confirmation of email before a reply. That's stupid when I can't get in my email to begin with! 2nd profile I stupidly gave wrong email address to my working 2nd account. 3rd profile corrected that. So, can't get in my email. Message shows above. Deleted global thing as suggested by help. Nothing. What do I do now?

There's an announcement that eircom webmail is currently down:

http://support.eircom.net/

(What they call "webmail" is actually the same as accessing the account through TB.) http://support.eircom.net/article/15402

Thanks. After 24hrs I could access my original email without hassle so was a temporary glitch. Funny how one account was working and the next wasn't when both accounts are identical in all but username and email name.
