Re Version 29.0, will the classic Firefox look with the blue bar across the top, for moving the browser window around, ever be offered again?

Version 29 has many wonderful themes, but none of them offer the classic windows blue bar across the top for clicking on and holding down and moving the window around. Will this theme ever be offered again?

3-bar Open Menu button (right side of the Navigation bar) > Customize -> click on the Title Bar button in the lower-left corner - then Exit Customize
