in order to change the name of a bookmark, i added a new bookmark, and deleted the old one. now my new bookmark is at the bottom of the list (menu) and I want it back at the top.

  1. Click the Bookmarks button on the toolbar and choose Show All Bookmarks. The Library window opens.
  2. On the left, open the folder that contains your bookmark.
  3. On the right, left-click and drag the bookmark up or down in the list. Drop it in between items to reposition it. Careful not to drop it onto a folder, as that would move it into that folder.

You can also use Cut and Paste in the right-click context menu to avoid issues with dragging and dropping.
