Probably never for Nightly, but that that is a question for Roboform which determines whether or not to support Alpha pre-release development builds like Nightly.

As far as supporting Win 64 builds of Firefox, probably when Mozilla releases one. Development for Windows 64-bit Firefox is on temporary hiatus.
