I signed up for a Mozilla Survey that then warned me of a bad certificate on the domain qsurvey.com and returned a 'file not found'; Is this an Official survey?

1) I clicked on a link to participate in the survey 2) Firefox reported that the domain had a bad certificate, I did not bypass the warning and closed the page 3) After searching Firefox support for similar questions I found 1 or 2 other users with the same problem, where Mozilla administrators verified the survey was legitimate 4) I returned to the link, clicked and bypassed the bad certificate warning 5) The Firefox survey returned 'File Not Found' on qsurvey.com 6) I attempted to use the unsubscribe link, it also returned 'File Not Found'
