My daughter' school site: http://millsparkms.wcpss.net/, has symbaloo tiles on its website. Symbaloo says that firefox and chrome are the best browers to use to view the titles. I cannot view any website with these tiles. The tiles come up as text. What is blocking the tiles? I have had my it guys look at it and they can't find anything. Firefox says its blocking a java toolkit. How can I view the tiles without any problems. This is happening on all of my computers at work.

That are background images.

Make sure that you haven't enabled a High Contrast theme in the Windows/Mac Accessibility settings.

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own colors.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"

Note that these settings affect background images.
