Google provides for the ability to log in to your account and access your gmai, drive etc. In previous versions of Firefox, the ability to access multiple accounts was available. All one needed to do was to hit your user photo and you could switch accounts. Now that does not happen at all. I checked using Google Chrome and IE and both allow that function.

This extension allows that for any website where you have multiple accounts. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/multifox/

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked.

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
