I can't get firefox to download.
Firefox won't connect. I've gone in through IE and tried to download. I keep getting the message "Firefox download interrupted". I've tried some of the remedies on your support site and nothing works.

hi mschinn1,,

you can download firefox with IE from here https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/#download-fx
thanks
Try this:
- Download the Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ - Start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon
It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access to install for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
