TB Freezes and I can't seem to fix it. Am I able to back up mail files, uninstall TB, install a new, clean version and then add my mail files?
When I open TB it freezes up and then after a few minutes, shuts down.

Can you find a crash ID per https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozilla-crash-reporter-tb#w_viewing-crash-reports ?
I've messed around with my TB profile and really screwed things up. So I uninstalled TB and want to start over. When I download and reinstall and then try to start it, it won't start. Instead it leaves a message that my profile is missing in this new install. How do I create a new profile for this new TB?
