Disable Samsung and Websense programs.
If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:
- see if there are updates for your graphics drivers

- disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)

This seems to be caused by "WebSense Content filtering" per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=682912
Can you please try uninstalling it or disabling it and see if the crashes go away?
