Having the latest Cert keys is critical to safeguarding my https:// trans/info, how long will you continue to support Vista OS?
I'm told having the latest Certification key(s) is critical to safeguarding my https:// transactions and information. Not having them leaves my communication exposed to being viewed and/or hacked. Is that true and is this more a function of individual websites and how long will FF continue to support Vista OS?
Thanks,
John

Mozilla has no plans to drop support for Vista. It however will stop receiving updates from microsoft in april of 2017, at which point it will be vulnerable to an unknown number of security holes that will only grow over time.
You can protect yourself by always updating your browser, installing all Windows updates when they are available, and only visiting trusted websites.
