Hello

Suddenly last two weeks, Firefox always crashes but not it stopped little bit at the same time i noticed that when i open a website which i saved its login .. it should be auto login but at the moment i need to put the username then Firefox fill the password by itself

so the problem is Firefox doesn't do auto login anymore .. i don't know why the privacy setting for History is ( Remember history )

I dont think because of the website because this problem is happening with me with all websites that i always visit

Let's work on the crashes first.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

You can check for issues caused by plugins.

  • set plugins to "Ask to Activate" on the about:addons page ("3-bar" menu button or Tools > Add-ons > Plugins)
  • plugins are not affected by Firefox Safe Mode

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.

Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
