Is the offline cache folder for firefox beta a system (root) folder and if so, is there a way to move the cache into a non system folder?

We are an NGO based in the Philippines that is developing a free education/livelihood program for At Risk Youth. We have an android app that enables us to provide both online/offline lessons and quizzes to our students through Moodle. We have also implemented an adaptive capability into our android app that displays webpages, but our students need to be able to access the webpages offline and we would like to use Firefox Android for the purpose of displaying the offline webpages. We have installed Firefox beta for Android on a tablet and Firefox is able to display the websites offline. Ideally we would like to move the Firefox offline folder into a non system folder, which would enable us to then connect our android tablet to a PC (with a modified Firefox installed) and copy the offline cache folder, and then be able to paste that offline cache folder into Firefox installations on other tablets.

I hope that makes sense

I did some digging through the Mozilla archives and found the answer here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/768867

I tested the solution and it works just fine!
