Can log onto BB&T's Ubanking site and everything is accessible except the message center and profile. Both of them worked in the past but sometime in the last month or so, something changed and nothing happens when clicking on the message center icon or the profile icon. Cleared history, reset browser, there are no addons or other things that I am aware could prevent access to just two portions of a web site. These links work when using Internet Explorer.

Thanks for the suggestions. Had done most all of that plus talking to Mozilla technical support. The only thing I hadn't done was to unclick "use accelerated hardware". Funny thing is that I can access my profile link further down on the page and I can retrieve messages on my cellphone BBT app but I cannot write a new message. Strange. Somewhere at some time I think an update of some sort caused the problem because the profile & message links both worked previously on my laptop. I guess I will just use Internet Explorer when I want to access either link. Thanks again for trying to help.

Remove History For One Site Open the History Manager <Control><Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any passwords / settings.

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?
