I am sick of pages reloading when I haven't asked them to reload.

Firefox used to have a setting to block this. Then it had add-ons to block this, but they aren't compatible with the newer versions. Now I can't find any way to block this. Is there any way?

Hi,

Would you please do this :

Type in the address bar about:config (press Enter) (promise to be careful, if asked)

Type in the searchbar and look for the preference :

accessibility.blockautorefresh

and set its value to false to turn it OFF

or set its value to true to turn it ON

Then close and restart Firefox.

That should do the trick .....
