Firefox Monitor says I have 8 passwords exposed. When I click on that box nothing happens. How do I find which breaches and passwords are involved?

I'm not sure what those buttons do, I don't see that page. What if you use the "Breaches" button to the upper right on that page? Then can you see the details?
It shows a list of all known breaches- probably well over a thousand
