I have been trying for days to reset my account and password. Have been unable to sign into my primary email.
I have been trying for days to reset my account and sign into my primary email. No success. I looking at the saved password and written password but nothing seems to work.. It says that there is no user name. what should the user name be. I thought it was my primary email, but it won't allow me to put it in. I am not receiving any emails to the primary. [email address] the secondary is [email address]. What do I do to receive technical support? Thank You
