When I attempt to sync my devices as explained in the help instructions, I do not get the option to "sync and save data " as described in the help instructions on my phone.

Hi

Do you see your Firefox Account email address in the Firefox for Android menu? If so, you have connected Firefox Sync and can change the sync options be selecting the email address.
