After updating to version 129.2 on my iPhone, I can no longer rearrange my tabs. I can tap and hold on a tab and move it but then it snaps back to the old position. This is making the browser unusable for me. I have tried closing and reopening the app and restarting my iPhone but neither worked.

Hey Cat, you should be able to move tabs by dragging them over another tab. - Make sure the other tab moves before you let go of the first.

I’m on an iPad using iPad OS 17.6.1, and I’m having the same problem. It doesn’t matter whether the tab has focus when I try to move it or not, it just snaps back to the same place … or sometimes a tab I DIDN’T move goes to almost where I’d wanted the desired tab to go! It makes no sense at all.

I’m on an iPad Pro 12.9, Gen 5 - same issue and only with Firefox. I have changed/adjusted/reset every setting that I can think of and nothing changes. You can move the tab - but it reverts to its original position automatically. This is a bug that Mozilla needs to fix - and, from what I have been reading has needed to fix for a lot longer than I thought… over the course of years. With all of these complaints I would think that Mozilla would be working a little harder on this issue. It seems to me that it should not be that hard of a task within the programming - but that is just my retired IT brain thinking out loud.
