Att.net is my server. I havebeeen having trouble with my microsoft outlook emai. The cursor keeps jumping around and the email screen keeps disappearing and i cant bring it back. Today the DSL light was blinking red (instead of green) I have a 2Wire Gateway modum on my fairly new laptop. One of the ATT support rep's suggested I try Fire Fox but I can't download it and I don't want to pay $130.00 to have a tech come to my home. At this point I don't know if it is the server, yahoo or the computer.

This happened

Not sure how often

IMO, introducing a new piece of software, like Firefox, into the midst of problems isn't going to fix anything.
