This happened

Every time Firefox opened

== I logged into a web site and on first attempt I accidently entered wrong user name and thats when the error drop down appeared.

Remove a saved password here: Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: "Saved Passwords" > "Show Passwords"

The drop down message mysteriously disappeared or resolved it's self off the problem and hopefully it will not return. Thank you for your help, Ronnie G.
