I still have NOT been able to get a ANSWER?
I have not received a answer? My Synch is NOT working on Firefox 4! There is NO Login Dialog to get it started! I have all the Login INFO Plus the SYNCH KEY! But no where to enter it? Email me AT: duane4tech@gmail.com

Tools > Options and you should see the Sync Tab in the window.

If it only has Sync Setup, it seems that your PC was not recognized as having a Sync account. Is this a new PC? Have your Sync ever synced successfully in the past?
PS: If your PC was recognized as having a Sync account, it should show a "Manage Account" instead:

In this thread you failed to mention that you're dealing with a fresh WinXP installation and a fresh Firefox installation. You need to Set Up Sync... and use the I already have a sync account at the bottom of the Sync Setup dialog window.
