Norton toolbar compatible with Firefox 5.0 on my laptop, but not on my desktop. Running 5.0 on both, with same version of Norton 360.

I updated to Firefox 5.0 on both my machines this morning. My Norton toolbar came up compatible on my laptop, but Firefox indicates that it is incompatible when I upgraded my desktop. Even with add-on compatibility reporter enabled, the Norton toolbar will not show up on the desktop.

I don't believe the Addon Compatibility Reporter works with Norton due to the manner in which their Firefox extensions are built.

Try updating Norton. If that doesn't get that addon to work, see Norton support for help.
