Running windows Xp SP3. Just installed firefox I can play any video on youtube, except if I click on full screen, my screen is black except for the progress bar. I hear audio fine. Streaming video full screen plays fine in IE8 but I'd rather use Firefox. Thanx

Right click on the video. Click Settings. Uncheck "Enable hardware acceleration" Then enable it again. Check it if it's works

Thanx Deraidos. That worked except I have to repeat the steps for each video if I re-enable acceleration. Ironically, full screen works fine if I execute it via a youtube post in Facebook. It also works fine in Internet Explorer. I figured it was my 10 year old Nvidia video card; no driver upgrades for that dinosaur unfortunately.
