I have javascript enabled, but it still acts like I don't.

I am getting tired of people telling me to go enable javascript when it clearly says it is enabled. I am running Mac OSX Ver 10.7.5 and the latest version of firefox. I go onto tumblr, WITH javascript enabled, and I will go to ask someone a question using their messaging system on tumblr, and I'm met with an alert stating "Sorry! Javascript is required to view this feature." I will repeat that first part, JAVASCRIPT HAS BEEN ENABLED ALREADY. And yes, tumblr is saying javascript and not java, I've heard so many times already about how the two are different.

Hi ramshackleknight

check it in Safe Mode, don't Reset firefox, select "Start in Safe Mode" button , if the issue does not exist in safe mode then see : Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems.

thank you
