I am having a whole bunch of trouble with Mozilla Firefox and CAN NOT AFFORD the $199.00 or even the special offer of $99.00 to have it fixed by your support techs. PLEASE do not try to talk me into spending ANY money to fix the software, I just don't have it. Just tell me how to uninstall. I don't think that's a huge request.

I am not unhappy about anything other than the fact that I am recovering from cancer surgery and treatment and DO NOT HAVE ANY EXTRA MONEY TO SPEND AT THIS TIME. However, I would love to be able to use my computer without the constant problems, rebooting, popups and errors I have with Mozilla Firefox.

NO! I do not want to trouble shoot or chat with anyone, etc., etc., etc. I JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO GO TO THE CONTROL PANEL, CHOOSE UNINSTALL, AND UNINSTALL MOZILLA. Give me a break and just tell me how to do that! I have been trying to do this for days and am totally frustrated!!!!!!!

Chosen solution

Mozilla Firefox any version for any OS has been 100% free from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ and is completely free to uninstall.

Mozilla.org does not have any form of pay tech support. If you found that tech support site that wanted money in a Google search then it was likely a Google Ad above the real search results.

Hi!

Are you saying that you can't uninstall Firefox by using Control Panel > Uninstall a Program?

If so, you can try running it manually: C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\uninstall\helper.exe

I hope that solved your problem!

If it did, would you please choose this answer as your solution? It would help other Firefox users to find help on the forums faster and more efficiently. Thanks!

And of course, feel free to post back if you need more help!

Happy browsing!
