It has been 10 hours since I first read this question thread, and evidently no one here has any recommendation of an alternative to ReminderFox.

Thanks for that suggestion! I've already "poked my head in" to the RF forum and saw what MAY be the solution. I won't be able to pursue it for several days though...will when I return. Again...thanks!
