Website opening up everytime I open a window of FireFox

more options

Hello, today when I got home from university I opened up my Firefox browser and then as it loaded my homepage then another tab opened up with the web address http://nickpjason.github.io/html5loop/ and it keeps asking me to download and install this youtube video downloader extension which I do not want to do.

It opens up everytime I open a new window of firefox, is there anyway I can get rid of this? I thought I would ask FireFox here if there was a way to get rid of it then asking the GitHub help forums
