When I attempt to print a webpage I am able to preview in portrait but the website always attempts to print landscape, usually cutting off the bottom of the page. I am able to print to Adobe PDF just fine and also from IE. All of my settings are set to portrait.

On a related note these are server based printers.

hey,

you can access preference setting by typing about:config in the address and hitting enter.

Do you have the pref print.save_print_settings (in about:config)set to true?

Also, open about:config and type orient in the filter. What value does it give? For example: My print.printer_HP_ePrint.print_orientation;0 was 1 and it was printing landscape by default but Portrait mode is 0 so I changed it to 0 and now it prints portrait. Additionally you can do that for any printer listed in there. Just click on it and a dialog box will appear type 0 for portrait mode and 1 otherwise in it.

If you don't want to go to about:config you can change it by going to advanced in print screen and change it manually each time. It is suspected that if you change Firefox to portrait, that works and it'll stay that way until you quit Firefox and then it'll go back to landscape.

So use any option you find useful and let me know if that worked.

Hope it helps.
