Hello, Since I updated to the latest version of Thunderbird, many of my usual incoming emails are marked as spam. I have deleted the profile on this account and let it rebuild, still many are marked as spam. Now I am having to monitor my spam folder. Also some of the emails that are marked spam by error, I marked as not junk, they come back to the spam folder.

Thanks JR

If it says "spam" then it's not Thunderbird doing it. (Thunderbird uses the word "Junk".)

Look to your email provider, your ISP, your own anti-spam software or 3rd-party tools such as spamassassin, spampal et al.

Hello,

My apologies, I used the wrong term. It is marking as Junk. Even marking Junk on those emails I start, and when I get a response it marks Junk.

Thanks JR
