My Complete Emails Inbox is empty but the following default message pops up when I hit "Get Messages:-

"The folder is full, and can't hold nay more messages. To make room for more messages, delete any old or unwanted mail and compact the folder."

Done all that, yet still unable to download mail.

This is the Firefox support forum. Is your question related to Thunderbird?

Yes. I guess so.

When I click on Help in my email Account, I'm taken to Mozilla Support and beneath that are various Thunderbird "Help" topics, including "Emails". By clicking on "Emails", I'm led to the page that allowed me to post the above question.
