Another malware delay for Firefox today?

more options

On June 30, 2015, I was looking forward to the release of Firefox 39. I didn't get it until July 3 because of malware Mozilla found at the last minute. Here today on August 11, 2015, I tried upgrading Firefox 39.0.3 to Firefox 40 multiple times this morning, most recently at 10:01 AM EDT, and Firefox 40 is nowhere to be found when I click "About Firefox". I was looking forward to this day since I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 on July 29, the first day it was generally available. I really could use that UI redesign for Windows 10.

I guess it takes time for the update to come out from the moment I wake up since I'm on Eastern Time and Mozilla's on Pacific Time. I was finally able to upgrade to Firefox 40 when I tried clicking "About Firefox" at 11:05 AM EDT.
