When playing Farmville on Facebook and trying to collect something on the main Facebook page I have to reload over and over before it will finally connect and display. Sometimes reloading or more times.

What security software do you have?

It shouldn't be necessary to load a page more than once or twice.

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
