Could you please tell me:

  1. the website you are typing into
  2. the exact set of steps you are following (a screenshot of showing the missing keyboard would be super helpful!)

The predictive text banner disappeared on all web pages when I used the keyboard for anything, even typing in a url. I switched to SwiftKey keyboard that I have on my previous phone and it works fine. So, although not solved, it's no longer a problem. Thanks for replying.
