Using Mozilla Firefox, when I go to my att.net home page, after about 5 minutes my screen will freeze and I will see a message that says Mozilla not responding. If I remain on that page that message remains. I must exit and start all over again. I do not have the same problem in explorer. What can I do to fix this? Thanks, Ginny

hi ginny, there has been an increase of reports about "firefox not responding") recently, but firefox developers are already on this problem. you can go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > about firefox - you should get an update to 41.0.1 there, which we hope will fix this issue!
