If I highlight an email in the inbox and then click on the junk icon in the toolbar, the word JUNK changes to NOT JUNK and the junk email remains in the inbox.

Also, when I setup the account a Junk folder was created with a tear-drop icon next to it and also there is a folder labelled Junk Email. Why do I need both? Prior to the latest update highlighting an email in the inbox and clicking on the Junk icon in the toolbar moved it to the Junk folder. Help please. Thank you PLEASE RESPOND BY EMAIL. Thanks
