A short while ago I asked why did Firefox displayed in gibberish. A couple of days later the display was fine. But another couple of days later the display was in gibberish again, in gmail as well as website contents. When I went to "Mozilla community assistance" to write the post Firefox crashed. It crashes too often. Now I am using Chrome to ask this question because Firefox just crashed. I wonder why it is like that. I think I am not going to use it again.

Original question why does firefox display gibberish in many items https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1119656

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
