Make the TB address book open in a tab instead of opening in a new window.

TB (45.1.0) address book allows a customization to the tabs bar for the address book. However when the address book tab is selected the address book opens in a separate window. Make the address book open in a tab rather than in a new window. Make this native to TB rather than an add-on.
