I downloaded Firefox to try and compare with my current browser. I enjoyed Fire fox and now want to uninstall IE. opened Control Panel+ uninstall and did not see IE in the list. So I right clicked IE's icon, went to file location and there was no uninstalll application there. Should I download a application that uninstalls programs or is there a reason that IE is not in my PC's Control Panel. OS Win-7

Thank you

Also, what if there is a problem with Firefox? No more web.

No, please do not try to remove Internet Explorer. It actually is composed of components that are essential to Windows and can't really be removed. You can simply hide its icon to get it out of your way.
