https://developers.google.com/earth/ Note: The Google Earth API has been deprecated as of December 12th, 2014. The API will shut down by end of 2016, and will continue to work on supported browsers until that date.

Most of the features from Google Earth are now built in to the Google Maps Satellite view, such as 3D and the 'angle views'. That stuff was added last year, but it may need to be turned on. See this Google Maps support page: https://support.google.com/maps/answer/3092441?hl=en

Beyond that, there is a Google Group here that should be able to hep you further: https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!forum/google-earth-browser-plugin
